We had CVG install a Mirage Retractable Screen. Chris was very helpful explaining our various options and once decided had the unit installed in less than an hour. I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.
