Ive be been a loyal customer since day one because of their impeccable service. Both friendly and accommodating to my needs as a single mother, they are always there when I need them. I have grown to know the staff so much that I trust them with getting my kids to school on days when I need them. If there is a high volume of calls they always inform me of the wait time and if its too long they offer to find me another cab so my needs are being met. The only company to not let me down. I took 2 City Taxis on Mar 5th from the airport to hotel and back again. Both cabbies were friendly, I was offered help with my luggage and the cabs were clean. The cab picking me up from the hotel was prompt. As well, when I needed replacements for my Visa receipts, I called and was quickly forwarded to accounting. They were helpful, easily found my trip receipts and emailed them to me with no hassle. The receipts were needed for an insurance claim so this took some of the stress off.
