These two visionary traders will have their first experiences in importing and roasting coffee. At the time, it would first be the religious communities and institutions neighboring the Mile-End district and Little Italy that would be the first to trust them. Little by little, the smell of freshly roasted coffee will attract passers-by and neighbors curious to taste their flagship product: Le Café Brossard. Their mission at the time: To offer quality coffee, freshly roasted and sold at a fair price. It is thanks to this premise that they quickly win the hearts of the neighborhood, and also that of a clientele that increasingly exceeds the limits of their neighborhood.
