Its hard to find the time to walk my german shepard as much as i should and Brandy worked with my tight work schedule to take a bit of the guilt away from me :-) thanks Brandy! As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract.
Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store.
