The Green Witch connects with Nature and the energy of the world. His or her life becomes the place where Magick happens. We learn to open our hearts to our ancestors and the songs of the wind. This is Solitary practice that anyone can incorporate within the fabric of their days.
It was in the spring of 1950 in a small room on rue Jeanne Mance in Montreal, that Guy and Réal Brossard founded Brossard Frères inc. These two visionary traders will have their first experiences in importing and roasting coffee. Passionate about this hot drink that awakens the senses, they will unknowingly become true pioneers of the Montreal coffee scene! At the time, it would first be the religious communities and institutions neighboring the Mile-End district and Little Italy that would be the first to trust them. Little by little, the smell of freshly roasted coffee will attract passers-by and neighbors curious to taste their flagship product: Le Café Brossard. Their mission at the time: To offer quality coffee, freshly roasted and sold at a fair price. It is thanks to this premise that they quickly win the hearts of the neighborhood, and also that of a clientele that increasingly exceeds the limits of their neighborhood.
