These two visionary traders will have their first experiences in importing and roasting coffee. At the time, it would first be the religious communities and institutions neighboring the Mile-End district and Little Italy that would be the first to trust them. Their mission at the time: To offer quality coffee, freshly roasted and sold at a fair price.
