Staff was great. Manager helped us with flooring and when there were no samples of the one I wanted, she opened a new box and gave me a plank to take home! Only complaint:aisles have too much stuff in them so manoeuvring carts around is hard and noise is way too high level, mostly staff doing shelves yelling to each other.

Ken is a master craftsman, and a caring individual.
After 20 years, I am pretty sure his warranty has expired !
Regardless, when I called him (after he had done all our cabinetry 20 years earlier) about some cabinetry issues (not his issues) he came over, spent an hour or more, resolved my problem, and ordered some other parts to help me.
