On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. Nina and Kirsten are amazing!! The customer service is very professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.. I went for a facial, manicure and pedicure and makeup applications. Both of them took such great care of me. The facial Nina did left my skin glowing..
