The best Indian restaurant in Toronto. The only restaurant on Gerrard with a constant line up (and think how many restaurants there are). A great buffet, always being replenished. Great variety of flavours and presentations. The bread is out of this world. If you order from the menu, the selection is even better. Every dish cooked fresh, and they will adjust the heat to your liking. Very attentive and polite servers. A beautifully decorated room. Do yourself a favour - go to Sidhartha tonight.Read more

The present Naval Club of Toronto was established in February, 1935 under a Provincial Charter and continues the role of the original organization to this day. The purpose of the club is to promote fellowship among its members, maintain naval customs and traditions, and perpetuate the memories and deeds of those who gave their lives while serving in the Naval Service of Canada and its Allies. Membership is open to all upon submission of an application and approval by the Membership Committee. There are 3 classes of membership: - Naval Member - any individual who is or was a member of naval services, marines, coast guard or merchant marine. - Associate Member - any individual who is or was a member of the regular or reserve armed forces, who is or was a Navy League Cadet Officer or who is a former Sea Cadet. - Social Member - any individual without the above naval or military affiliation who wishes to support the aims and activities of the club
