When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!
