I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them!

Marion from Sleep apnoea and CPAP is excellent. Very nice and pleasant. He educate and comfort me how to use CPAP machine and nasal mask. He also provide his private contact info in case I need him urgently.
