He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!

I recently had a patio door, and entrance door installed by Clera Windows in Barrie. I was very happy with the doors that I received. The guys that came to install my doors did a great job, and made sure they took all the garbage, and my old doors with them to dispose of. I would definitely use Clera Windows again, and will be recommending the company to those I know who need windows or doors.
