I was at your store with my friend who is blind. I had been searching for a candle snuffer for her so that she could sit outside in the evening, with a citronella candle to ward off mosquitos. I was having to blow it out every evening, so I figured a snuffer would solve the problem. I called absolutely every store I could think of without success. Until I phoned you. I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!
