Applied Performance Ltd supplies lean manufacturing consulting, training and coaching to companies in Calgary, Edmonton and across western Canada. Industries we support include heavy fabrication, job shops, food processors, oil and gas and engineering and operations companies. Founded in 2008, the
company has worked with companies in size from start-ups to multinationals. Often as companies grow, their operations grow organically, coping with change as best they can. Processes become more complicated, efficiency decreases and getting things done becomes more difficult. Our job is to get you on your Lean journey. Using Value stream mapping, 5S and teaching Lean ideas we untangle processes, improve the work space and get change happening. We deliver higher productivity, better quality, increased on-time delivery, an engaged workforce and higher profitability.
