they ask you 1500$ deposit and they increase the rent every year by 30-50$. so when you decide to move out, they will ask you to give them 2 months notice and they will try to find any excuses or small damage and they will take your deposit money (1500$) and they will never give you back. the worst landlord, dont rent from them.
