I came in for a simple haircut and left with uneven, poorly blended hair with obvious gaps of long and short sections. I had to pay another salon to fix it. When I asked for a refund, it was refused; instead I was offered a $5 coupon with the date scratched out. When I said I’d leave a review, the manager said they didn’t want my business anyway. Not recommended.

Been a customer for 9 years today I booked. Online and got my text for 15 min wait when I got there the guy that was working kept taking people below my name said they were fist but most were walk ins I will not be going back any time soon the 2that we’re working today should not be alone as I don’t think they know what that are doing rookies

Most aweful custo...

Most aweful customer service ever. Had a styeast by the name ashley cut my hair. I was referred to her by a college. She was very rude to me to other customers and to her Co-workers. I mean if she was at least good at her job I would let the attitude slide.

NOT HAPPY

3 weeks later and I am still mad..........The girl that cut my hair should look for a new job........What a mess and still can't do anything with my hair............I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !
