Where do I start? Builder has been unreliable with poor communication. When there is communication, there is always an excuse. We were promised painters would show time and time again. I would stay home and miss days from work in some cases. Nobody would ever show and we would not be notified. Now, after a year the builder claims no responsibility to complete his work. We beleive he was pushing it off until after the year mark to try and do so. I have 25 nail pops in just one wall alone.
