    I've been a loyal customer at this H&R Block location for over 10 years, but the customer service has declined dramatically in recent years. The team was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve even basic issues. On my most recent visit, I came in with additional documents needed for my return, only to have the staff unable to locate my file and asked if I was at the wrong location. I escalated the matter by calling corporate customer support, but they offered no meaningful assistance or solutions
