Our office opened November 1, 1982 when Ron Goldfinch, Rob Nicklom and Chad Northcott set out in public accounting on their own under the firm name Goldfinch, Nicklom and Northcott. Over the years, the firm remained about the same size, but personnel and partners changed. Chad left the firm in September 2000 to work for one of his clients and, not all that long after that, Ron left in June 2001 to work for one of his clients. On July 1, 2001, Rob and Wes Conlin merged their practices and continued the firm as Nicklom Conlin & Company. On June 30, 2018, Rob semi-retired to an associate position with the firm he co-founded, and Catherine Ainsley joined the firm as a partner after working in the office since January 2009 as an associate.
