Pineridge Barbecue Has Catered Thousands Of Off-Premise Events And Served Millions Of First-Class Meals. It May Be A Company Staff Appreciation Event Which Calls For Meals To Be Served To Shift Workers At Different Times Of The Day Or Night.
Terrible food, a dismal experience. Decor and menu deceived us into thinking better food would be offered. My partner said, he has eaten better food in a hospital cafeteria. Quick service but I told the waitress twice I wanted something and she forgot. We had hoped this would be a good spot to have a bite to eat on the weekend as part of our shopping expedition or after a walk at Morrison Dam. We will not return. I noticed that the people beside us left most of their food on their plate...
We arrived at 6:15 p.m. ordered our meals by 6:25p.m.- Soup arrived at 6:40p.m. the rest arrived at 7:10. The kitchen service was extremely slow although the restaurant was not even half full. The waitress kept apologizing regarding the slowness. People had been leaving because of the slowness. The turkey on a bun was dry and parts where hard-after waiting for so long for 2 sandwiches-the food was below average. We were asked to fill out a comment card but were never contacted by the management. This indicates that it doesn't matter that they have sub-standard kitchen service and food. We would have been willing to try again had we been contacted. But now when anyone says-Let's go to the Ridge-we suggest we go elsewhere.
