Rico does not deliver what he originally promised - took 4 weeks to do small washroom - had no pressure from the shower column which I had to buy for him to install - took him 3 days to come back to fix kinked flex hoses behind it then said he would come back to re-caulk around the column but never came back. Rico said the shower corner shelves and grab bar which he said he would supply were back ordered and that I should pay him the balance and he would install them later but 4 weeks later he is not answering my calls or returning messages. Rico said he would change my 28" vanity with a 30". One day I came home from work there was a 24" one installed - he said the 30" was sold out - he put the cheap $88 one from Rona. The tiles he put in the front on the shower are coming off.
