Roy Schneider is the owner of J and R Glass and Mirror. He's put 33 years into the glass business, working for other companies in the beginning, watching them do inferior, unsafe work. Wanting to do the right thing, he went out on his own. With a truck and a rented garage, he went about doing quality, safe work that was up to code, made with products manufactured in the U.S. The rest is history.He lives by a standard that says 'safety first, beauty second', because he's not going to put his name on anything that isn't a perfect fit.
