What's going on with HR block
They don't know what they are doing anymore ? They seems unprofessional
And they lack of knowledge in their own field .
Over all it took 2 hours for me waiting there at their office just to pay them after using their drop off services .
I had to use the one at Rideau centre and the one in the Glebe Olga Tchutchenko really not recommended and the other one at Rideau centre.
They was really having no tact at all.
Or maybe I have a bad karma & it is my fault.
