We've used this company twice. Once for a sewer pipe out to the street and this time for our main pipe in the basement that attaches to our stack and all of our other bathroom and kitchen pipes, everything in our upstairs was backed up. Both times they reacted quickly and the service was great. Shout out to Matt really careful in our home. Highly recommend.
We have a septic system and were experiencing backed up drains. Reasonable Rooter responded quickly. Two service guys walked into the house from the septic area with wet drainage covered boots covering the rugs and back hallway in it. Found out after. They snaked the bathroom toilet, plunged the shower spraying dark matter all over the walls floor to ceiling, mirror, towels, toilet EVERYTHING was covered in it! Problem was diagnosed. They said they could come later in the week to resolve it.

Dealing with toilet/tub backup over X-Mas - was able to schedule the appointment via text & confirmed via home phone. Technician (Dylan) arrived first thing in the AM as expected, explained what he needed to do and completed the work in a timely manor. Very professional and issue was 100% resolved to satisfaction. Hoping there are no emergencies in the future but if there are - Reasonable Rooter will be my first call. Happy customer.
I previously gave this company a 5 star rating. So take it back! A week after they came our sewer backed up again! They came back and basically said I dont know. Less then a week later our sewer backed up again. Even worse than the previous times! This time we called Roto rooter. What a difference!!!! Call a reputable company!!
Great Service, they were here within 2 hours when others were book for a week. Cleaned out my clogged kitchen drain and installed an easy clean out in no time at all. Now the sink is draining better than it ever has.

My sump pump died in a storm. Called and they were there within a half of an hour. Replaced the pump in a timely fashion and has been working great.

I just read a comment that a person here thought that Danny's prices were to high. My short story, I called Danny for service. He must have heard it in my voice how despondent I was and on very short notice, dispatched a tech. Within 45 minutes the problem was solved by a very pleasant and humorous tech. I had spent over an hour trying to snake it myself to no avail. Price he charged was worth every penny and I didn't have to lug down any heavy equipment like the tech did. Many Thanks, Robert

Plugged sink - called Reasonable Rooter. Their ad said $88.00 flat rate per call. Plug was fixed within 5 mins. They said "That'll be $125.00". I pointed out the online ad on their website. They said "Sorry, that's an old ad."

Danny is extremely reasonable, reliable and professional. He knows his plumbing and is extremely fair. He shows up when he says he will and never overcharges. In fact, I once had to give him extra money because I felt he was not charging enough for all the time he spent! Highly recommended.
My husband and I have a few business that needed drain cleaning etc, this was the most reasonable price we have yet to find, concidering other companies overprice for alot of our work to be done.. we are very satisfied with the overall price and outcome of the work.. thankyou
