I guess my wife and I made the mistake of buying Groupon discounts to have our new vehicle's rust-proofed at this location. Were met by an employee (most likely the manager/owner) who proceeded to do the following:
* belittle us for not taking a more expensive option
* moan about how busy they were that day (clearly our fault) and that we would have to wait another couple of hours before our SCHEDULED appointment would happen
* behave like an ignorant child to other customers
After my wife's vehicle was finally done (with oil spray ALL over her windows) I asked if I could re-schedule my appointment - taking into consideration how behind they were. The employee/owner grumbled and fussed about "doing me a favour" since they don't re-schedule 'Coupon' people.
Upon returning home I ripped up my 'coupon' (worth $50) and decided to take my business to a company that not only appreciates my money but foresees opportunity for ON-GOING business - as oil sprays are required every other year.
DO NOT give this ignorant owner your business
