Telephonic Psychotherapy that is not Skype or Web - based provides an anonymous, safe, convenient and confidential support from anywhere in Canada and the US. Clients who choose telephonic counselling find that it offers a sense of freedom due to the anonymity between client and therapist. Clients
may also prefer this mode of support if they are unable due to time or distance constraints to see a therapist in person. They may be in a location that doesn't provide internet access so the phone is the only means they have for accessing help.

As a Psychotherapist and Certified Traumatologist, I use a combination of treatment methods to treat Post-Traumatic Stress, PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, etc. psycho-educational, cognitive-behavioral, journaling, pertinent readings, psychodynamic, stress reduction techniques and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
