I'm James Thompson, the founder of Hey Coach!. I was previously employed as a project officer in the former Canadian International Development Agency and more recently served eight years as a Mountie in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. After a long period of dissatisfaction with life and career, I came to the realization I was living life hiding from my true self. With deep soul searching, I realized I had an undeniable passion for health, fitness and living authentically that I wanted to share with others. That's how Hey Coach! came to be.
