Polar Bear Rugby Camp, hosted at beautiful Bowdoin College on the coast of southern Maine is designed to develop beginner, experienced and allstar levels of rugby players through innovative coaching methods and a creative curriculum. The highly qualified staff of international and national coaches will engage with campers, teach tactical and technical rugby skills, provide feedback and stimulate learning through games while sharing their love of the sport. Sessions on training, nutrition, conditioning, leadership, and the laws of the game are included. A special session on college admissions by Bowdoin College Admission's staff is geared for high school students. It is our goal to inspire and support all players to reach their potential!With two years of consistently high praise from campers and parents alike, PBRC is known for the outstanding coaching and attention each camper receives.
