Blue Dot Art Studio is an actual working studio environment. The paintings and ceramics reflect Anita’s unique style. All ceramics and glazes are made with environmentally friendly, leadfree materials that are safe in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven, dishwasher or microwave. The studio is open on a daily basis and visitors are welcome.

The Lion's Den is a general store for kids of all ages. We have something for the painter, builder and miniaturist as well as the handyman looking for small tools or supplies. Budding engineers will like our range of 'construction equipment' and our Breyer section will keep horse lovers happy. Dan is always happy to share his knowledge of model building and finishing.

My vision for Bear Heart is to create a versatile, sacred space that you immediately feel when you come through the doors. Most of my life has been dedicated to community building and aid. In these ever changing times, I hold old teachings and merge them with the new to the best of my ability. When I designed the space, I wanted it to sum up the powerful effects that colour, light and frequency produce in our bodies. This has become my field of study. I wanted to create a regenerative pod of high tech frequency and light-based modalities that would all pair together holistically, for a wide range of applications regarding one’s health and wellness. Being an artist as well, it was important to have an inspiring place where others and I could create unique items to sell. Bear Heart gives the opportunity for artists to display and sell their works of art. This is truly a place of warmth, compassion, rejuvenation, creativity and opportunity.

Nestled on a cedar lined bluff overlooking the Sechelt Inlet is Pacific Peace Healing Retreat, a welcoming oasis with heart centred healing that leaves you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Owner and Teacher of the Healing Arts, Cynthia Miller, CHt creates space for private 1:1 healing retreats, couples retreats or small groups. The retreat is beautifully set in nature with the calm inlet, rolling hills of forest trees and the freshest air. Connecting with nature simply by walking through the gardens clears your mind and lets you settle down to feel solid and steady. It's a wonderful feeling. Hypnosis and meditative techniques combined with hands on healing and an openness to your true self, you uncover what it is you need to see to take you to the next stage of your life. Whether you are looking for a get away to explore the sunshine coast or if you're up for some healing, the option is there. And the Healing Room is pretty nice, lovely energy. We also carry a large array of artist materials including acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolour paint, brushes, charcoal, pastels, pencils, stencils, drafting materials, portfolios, how-to books, canvases, wood panels, cotton rag watercolour sheets, and many different pads.
