We have 59 serviced campsites that include water, hydro (15 amp), and sewer. Our un-serviced areas offer an amazing lakefront view of Cranberry Lake that are suitable for both tents and trailers. We also have frontage on nearby Birch Lake, which everyone is welcome to take the trail and explore! Or even take the kids on a short hike to the nearby beaver dam. You're more than welcome to use our boat launch for a day out on the lake with the family and fish for pike, pickerel or catfish. Cranberry Lake is perfect for canoeing or kayaking as well. We have a small children's playground for the younger ones along with horseshoes, washer toss and volleyball. If you're an ATV enthusiast or mountain biker, there are several trails right outside our gate. Snowshoe Camp is a 4 season housekeeping style resort located on the scenic Wakomata Lake. This lake is deep, clean and home to Lake Trout, Small Mouth Bass, Pike and Perch. The lake is surrounded by a Provincial Park and Crown Land with sand beaches and rocky shorelines to explore as well as trails to inland lakes.Our resort is located 3 miles from the highway, where you will be accommodated in a private, clean, well equipped cabin. There is a sand beach, sheltered boat docks, fish cleaning hut, boat and motor rentals, canoes, a paddleboat, barbeques and laundry facilities. We have electricity but do not provide radios or televisions. If nature does not provide all of the entertainment to fulfill your needs, our recreation hall has Satellite TV and is loaded with board games, puzzles and books for all ages. There is also a pool table and ping pong table. Outdoors, we have swings, tetherball and a horseshoe pit. Rates: $100 - $200 per night
