The Canadian history of the John Howard Society began in 1867 with a group of church workers seeking to bring spiritual help to prisoners in the Toronto jail. In 1874 this small group became known as the ''Prisoners Aid Association of Toronto.''
Our school has 375 students from kindergarten to Grade 6. In addition to offering a variety of programs and quality services, we also have clubs and extracurricular activities that meet the needs of our students and allow them to develop individual talents.
