This Citi Financial branch is amazing, they really personalize you! You are their main focus and even go out of their way to just give you a call to see how you are. I know it is part of the job but Andrea one of the workers there really goes above and beyond! Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
