St George's was established in Winnipeg, was an exciting and vibrant one for the city. According to the Hudson's Bay Company Land Commissioner the population was closer to 30,000 than 25,000. Old Fort Garry was being demolished so that Main Street could be widened. A good many emigrants, almost all from Ontario, were arriving.

EDMONTON - Rev. Alexey Navrotskyy arrived in Edmonton, along with his wife Vika and their two children, in early September to begin studies at Concordia Lutheran Seminary (CLS). He began classes September 15. Rev. Navrotksyy is a missionary for Lutheran Church-Canada (LCC) in Ukraine, where he serves with the Synod of Evangelical Lutheran Churches in Ukraine (SELCU). He graduated from Concordia Seminary in Odessa, Ukraine, a seminary program operated by LCC.
New Beginnings Fellowship started in the early 1900's. Meetings in Floyd Building at 237 Church Street in Fort Frances were conducted by P.F. Barnwell on December 10, 1925. The first church built in Fort Frances was recorded in the Pentecostal Testimony on June 1, 1941.
