I accidently open a door and the alarm went on; it took less than 15 seconds to get a call from Counterforce to inquire about the situation. WOW! that was fast and it means they take the situation seriously. I had previously done business with 2 other companies in the past 40 years and I am glad to have switch to Taz Alarm; excellent service and the price is more than competitive.
