I have used Nova Five Star in years past, and have always received professional service in any computer issues I have had. Mr. White has always made beneficial suggestions when learning how to do new things on the computer. Just recently, Mr. White had to do "warranty" work for me on my Dell Inspiron 7720, and as always the work was done in a timely manner, and he kept me apprised of the status of the repair work.
