Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor.
Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us.
For any of our future Plumbing needs, I will definitely call Mr Rooter Plumbing again & ask for Dylan!

Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. I have never been given such good service anywhere. Beevan (hope it is spelt right) goes WAY above and beyond for his customers. He always makes you his number 1 priority. I was needing to find out if some papers were delivered. I called twice but went to voicemail. Beevan called me back because I didnt leave a message. I lost my tracking paper and he stayed on the phone with me until we tracked the item down (without a date of being sent) and gave me the information I needed. You rock Beevan!

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
