At Fitness Battallion in Mississauga, our fully functional obstacle course is by far the most obvious unique element, as it will challenge members to reach new heights in strength conditioning, endurance and agility. The O course was designed with military applications of fitness in mind and is sure to engage the body in various, functionally relevant ways.
