I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! All of our facilities are centrally located around downtown Courtenay. We have fitness programs for all ages and a Wellness Centre (workout facility) at the Lewis Centre with new equipment and extended hours.
