We are one of the few corporately sponsored curling clubs in British Columbia, and it is funding from our main sponsor, Eastlink, that allows us to build and maintain this website. Please take the time to click on their advertisement and see the good things they have to offer.I hope this finds you all well rested after a great summer and ready for a fun and an interesting year. A couple of things will be different this season, the main one being that we have 'new' curling stones. Our old stones have been upgraded by having inserts put in them to make them faster and more consistent. And they have been 'sharpened' to make them more active. The net result of these two upgrades will be a better curling experience. The other change is that we will have gas fired heat for taking off the cold edge on the real cold days. We should be more comfortable, and the slightly warmer air will make for better ice, so we should also be happier.
