My beloved 2010 Jetta had an unfortunate impact with a deer this spring. I've never had to have body work done so I wasn't sure who did good work in my area. Through word of mouth I narrowed it down to two locations, Kootenay Autobody in Fruitvale, BC being one of them that others recommended. I am very glad I listened to others recommendations, Kootenay Autobody did an outstanding job! From restoring perfect lines, to matching the paint perfectly as well. Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !
