We had to complete some major renovations to enable us to move my in-laws into our home. Renovations included conversion of two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our bathroom with tub to a walk in shower and to take approximately 30% of our unfinished basement, and build a media room and full bathroom.
After researching multiple vendors and receiving multiple quotes, we selected ROI Reno’s. They did an excellent job and we love our new renovations. We highly recommend them to anyone!

Goes above and beyond to get the job done. We were referred through a friend after having the job already started and left incomplete. I was already pretty fed up, but with Norando's service, professional and kind approach our guard quickly came down. He was creative in assisting make painting and renovation decisions. The project from beginning to end was handled very professionally, including the establishment of a contract and payment instalments that reflected the amount of work completed.
