A couple months ago, I bought a lovely nest chair from this location. As soon as I walked in, the ladies from the store were very helpful and very friendly. Their customer service was superior. Upon delivery of my chair a few days later, I received a phone call from the store. They called within five minutes after my delivery to ensure delivery went smooth and thanked me again. That was atleast two months ago. Just yesterday I received a hand written note from the salesperson who assisted with the purchased thanking me again and to ensure the chair was working out. It is rare to have such customer service during and after the sale and on top of it with a lovely handwritten personalized note. Thanks Urban Barn. I will definitely be shopping at your location again.
