I want everyone to know that this is a family business. They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual. They are people, too. If you don't like the food, then leave. There is no need to act like a child and leave rude remarks and bad ratings on every website.
