I grew up on Georgian Bay, spent 4 years in downtown Toronto for University, and shortly after felt the call to return home. I moved to Wasaga Beach in 2004 when my husband & I purchased a home here, after 9 years and 2 wonderful little boys we have moved to Collingwood and now I am based out of the Collingwood Office, but as always I work in and enjoy both towns. With my background in tourism, customer service, sales and interior design, Real Estate seemed like a natural fit.

The Collingwood Psychotherapy and Yoga Centre (CPYC) offers psychotherapy, yoga and education to people who want to improve their mental, relational and physical health. CPYC aims to provide a friendly, accepting community where people can feel safe to learn and grow. Psychotherapy provided at CPYC is based on Relational, Psychodynamic, Trauma and Neurobiologically informed, Satir, Yoga and Emotionally Focused theories. We work with people who are motivated to work towards positive change in themselves and their relationships. Ashtanga Yoga classes at CPYC are in the Mysore style of learning. Mysore style Ashtanga yoga is a private class in a group setting; that is, people drop in during the set amount of time offered and finish their personal practice by the end of the time block. CPYC also offers Trauma Informed Yoga classes for people who are struggling with the symptoms of trauma. CPYC offers seminars on topics that interest organizations and community members.

With over 12 years experience as an Registered Massage Therapist, Stephanie has a full time practice situated in central Collingwood. Originally working out of the Georgian centre, she recently built a lovely and professional office at her house, with seperate entrance, lots of parking, quiet atmosphere, and beautiful decor. Stephanie is continually learning new techniques and expanding her knowledge so she can provide better care and science-based knowledge to her clients. She adapts treatments to the specific needs of her clients, whether they simply want to relax & loosen tight muscles, or are seeking treatment of sports or work related injury. Trish Meekins is the sole owner of Nikaanaganaa Counselling & Learning Centre located at 897 3rd Ave. E. in Owen Sound. Trish provides individual and family counselling for ALL people and cultures. Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity Training and various other trainings to suit the needs of your organization; for example lateral violence and workplace ethics. She has been a counselor and teacher of First Nations culture and history for over 25 years. Her passion is her Indigenous roots and finds rewarding work in assisting all people become educated about themselves and how they fit as a part of community extending out to all of Creation. Trish offers training for agencies and organizations in cross-cultural training, lateral violence, workplace ethics, to name a few. She also runs a group for people entitled, “Pathways to Inner Peace; Living Life in Balance,” that she developed when she worked as a women’s counselor; realizing the tools she taught are beneficial to all people. Most recently Trish and her partner Robert have opened a retail store offering gifts of healing called All My Relations Giftshop. Featuring first nations art, jewelry, traditional wear, crystals, natural products and more! Trish is the mother of four sons and lives in Owen Sound, ON, with her two younger teenage sons. Trish is of Pottawatomi and Mohawk decent and strongly identifies with her Anishnabek culture and history. The granddaughter of Wilmer Nadjiwon and Lucie Nadjiwon and the daughter of Anita Nadjiwon and John Meekins. Trish has her a Master of Social Work in the Aboriginal Field of Study and a Bachelor of Social Work in the same stream with additional education in Child and Youth Counselling and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist. Her passion for education, helping people and living a good life has come from her extended family who have shown her she has much to be proud of.
