I’m just in town for a few days and wanted to get my dog groomed. They were able to fit us in with in short notice and the price was just right. The staff was friendly and professional and did a great job with my dog. He’s not the easiest to deal with but they said he did great. Thanks again and if I’m ever back in this area I will not hesitate to bring him back in.

Based on a very brief email message, Jan knew instantly what was happening to my dogs coat and why - and explained how she could get it back to the way it should look. She worked on my dog promptly, and handled her gently so my dog left looking lovely - and without showing any signs of stress. Our Story
Healthy Spot is a family-owned business that grew from the heart. After watching her beloved Shih Tzu, Quincy, suffer through a lifetime of health issues, store owner Andrea Lauridsen began researching pet nutrition. She learned that there are much healthier ways to feed our companions than by what is conventionally available, and went on to try an all-natural dietary approach with her next dog, Chico.
She and her fellow animal-lover husband, John, were so inspired that they decided to open their own store, offering only the highest quality, natural foods for the furry friends in their community.
