The longest wait I've had at this location was 10 minutes. It was lunchtime on a Friday, and five customers walked in, while the phones were ringing.
They quickly adjusted and got everyone out of there and they were all friendly about it. This is by far my favourite car rental company, because I actually feel valued as a customer.
