I use all my own products and equipment unless otherwise requested. In homes with animals and children I will spot-check / wash walls 4 feet down. I wash baseboards, windowsills, light switches, disinfecting door knobs and spot check doors, etc, all surfaces. I will pick up, clean and wipe underneath (thorough dusting). Deep clean in bathroom and kitchen, all tops and surfaces, including inside microwave. Will not go inside cupboards and closed doors unless specifically requested. I will pick everything up off the floor to vacuum and mop.
Specialty cleans include full wash of Windows and walls. Inside cupboards and drawers, inside fridge, oven, etc.
Move out cleans.
