Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!
