This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.
