Our fish are harvested in live condition and form from that moment they are handled carefully to provide the best quality. Our professional fish harvesters use modern vessels to harvest and land their catch quickly. We provide ice and insulated containers to ensure chilled temperature control and process efficiently according to customer specifications. Quality assurance protocols are based on internationally recognized Hazard Analysis and Control Point (HACCP) quality system. Our facilities are government licensed, inspected and regulated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Whether packaged under our own brand or private label, we monitor and control processing from harvesting to customer delivery. We focus on supply chain security ensures quality, safe and healthy seafood. We regularly participate in third party audits and quality certification programs. Along with training and education we meet our international customer and regulatory quality assurance requirements.
