I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.

Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

My furnace was not working. It was a simple fix but I was impressed with the speed of response from Bob. He was very kind and he was able to help me over the phone due to his knowledge of different furnaces. I highly recommend him for his knowledge and ability to ask the right questions.

Working together with his father, the late Kurt Graf, Terry Graf Trucking rose to its pinnacle in in 2005 when Terry possessed five Kenworth logging trucks hauling to Atlas Sawmill and Cowley Forest Products.
